Cancelling and refunds
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, including for partial periods and unused time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
FAQ
Does a paid plan change the register data on my listing?
No. The register record — charter, field of membership, assets — always comes from the NCUA call report, on every plan. A paid plan changes only how your listing looks and where it appears.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Open the billing portal from your dashboard any time to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Changes apply at the end of the billing period you paid for.
